YoGourmet CBA Probiotic Yogurt Starter


Our new yogurt starter is specially formulated for use with our Yogourmet Multi Yogurt Maker (or Yogourmet II Yogurt Maker). The CBA yogurt starter requires an incubation period of 12 to 15 hours, during which time the temperature must be increased gradually from 23 degrees C to 44 degrees C (75 degrees F to 112 degrees F). This starter contains two additional strains (L. Casei to boost immunity and B. Bifidus to promote regularity) of beneficial cultures in addition to the strains found in out original yogurt starter for a creamy European style yogurt.
